
Totals Week of 8.17-8.23, 2009
Swim = 6,720.21 yards
Bike = 20.90 miles
Run = 45.10 miles
Okay week for me. Started out really strong at the beginning of the week but workouts kind of feel to to wayside this weekend due to being tired and busy with the move (I will be so, so glad when the move is over with). I just didn't get in as much as I would have liked this weekend, but that's okay.
Started out this week with a 13.1 mile run at 5 am.....wooohoooo!
