A bit stressed this morning after seeing my training schedule for this week. I had a feeling when Coach Shawn said "you will have a very tough schedule this week, it's time to crank up the mileage" that is was going to be rough. Coupled with waking up at 3 am the past two mornings (thank you dogs), I am a bit grouchy - not the best way to start my week. I've got dog duty all week (they are high maintenance dogs BTW), so coupled with that and work, I am unsure how I am going to fit everything in....I know how important the workouts are - particularly the long bike rides - so I am going to do my best to get them in this week.
