ReplyDeleteThanks, Jessica!
DeleteWOW! Nice performance!!
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun!!
SO cool that Dan participated!!
Thanks, Rain! We had a good time. Dan did really well!
DeleteGreat job on the race and I love that your husband did it too!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kara! Only took minor coaxing to convince the husband he should do this race too :)
DeleteHow do you run a 3 mile run at the end of a tri only 4 seconds/mile slower than an all out run race? Where's the death march? Where's the slow slog after blowing out your quads on the bike? ;^) Nice race management, E. and best of luck in Buffalo Springs this weekend. May your winds be calm and your temps be below triple digits (114 for Erica on the run last year.)
ReplyDeleteHi Nick! I was really nervous coming off the bike, but my legs cooperated and I felt awesome on the run. I even negative split! I am not sure if it was the race atmosphere or what, but I'll take it :). I appreciate the well wishes for Buffalo Springs. I'm feeling a little bit more confident going into to it, but really hoping the weather doesn't decide to be a cruel bitch.
