A Year Ago This Weekend...

A year ago this weekend, I was in C'ouer D'Alene, Idaho, toeing the line for what would be an experience of a lifetime - Ironman C'ouer D'Alene. I have so many fond (and some painful!) memories of my Ironman experience, I can't help but feel a little nostalgic as this weekend is the 2011 Ironman C'ouer D'Alene race.

So, good luck 2011 Ironman C'ouer D'Alene participants! Ironman C'ouer D'Alene is one of the most beautiful and challenging Ironman races in the world. I know you'll love it as much as I did. My advice is simple: Just keep moving one step at a time. You will get there. And you will deserve to be proud. You will be an Ironman.
