I've found out that the office Christmas shindig is optional, not mandatory as I thought. And, I've decided to skip it in favor of my regularly scheduled swim at the Rec Center. And, afterwards I will eat my nice, healthy packed lunch from home. Go ahead. Call me Scrooge. Or the Grinch. I deserve both titles.
I forgot to post last week's totals. They are nothing impressive, but I am hoping this week will be better.

Swim- 3,400 yds
