    How about a little rain for the weekend? Irene could really f some things up. There will probably be no 12 miles this weekend. Not even sure if the half will he held next weekend. If there is too much damage to VA Beach can they get it all repaired in a week? Not too happy about that...12 weeks of training down the drain.

    Hope you are surviving the heat though. Yuck.
